What you will do
- Enhance usability, quality, and feature set for our Records Management System (RMS) and Booking products;
Must haves
- High level of proficiency in Java and SQL;
- Knowledge of and/or prior experience with microservices architecture;
- DevOps mindset of automation and continuous improvement;
- Direct experience in technical product ownership – building complex features from start to finish;
- Demonstrated experience improving stability, performance, and scalability of complex software platforms and products;
- Self-motivated, passionate, and excited to build and own products from end to end;
- A proven ability to meet deadlines, motivate others, and consistently produce high-quality, impactful results;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- Frontend experience (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS) would be a plus.
