Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans and test cases based on functional requirements.
• Identify, record, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve product designs and prevent issues.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure previously developed features continue to perform as intended.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements to team leads.
• Ensure compliance with company quality assurance standards and best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports on test results, providing insight into product quality and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with testing tools and software such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
