We are looking for a highly motivated Junior/Middle Project Manager who is not just interested in managing projects but is eager to learn, grow, and evolve into a full-fledged PM/Delivery Manager over time. This role is perfect for someone with a proactive mindset, a strong work ethic, and a passion for taking ownership of tasks.
As part of our team, you will work closely with a senior Project, Program, and Delivery Manager, learning the intricacies of project management, delivery execution, and presales processes. You will start by assisting in managing projects but will gradually take on more responsibilities as you develop skills and gain confidence.
This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. We need a go-getter who is willing to work hard, take initiative, think critically, and adapt quickly.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Work alongside the Senior Delivery Manager as a shadow and assistant, learning project and program delivery on a deep level. Take part in team coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk management. Handle project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and task tracking. Support presales activities: preparing proposals, estimates, and presentations. Help improve delivery processes and best practices. Proactively identify challenges and propose solutions rather than waiting for guidance. Learn and grow into a full-fledged PM/Delivery Manager over time.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in project coordination or management (preferred but not required). A go-getter attitude: you don’t wait for instructions, you find things to do and solve problems. Strong communication skills — you can clearly express ideas and manage stakeholders. Fast learner — you pick up new concepts quickly and are eager to improve. Hard-working and reliable — you deliver results and take ownership. Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment. Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban is a plus. Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.) is an advantage.
